Yoav Aviram is a human rights activist and the founder of Conscious Digital, a nonprofit advancing digital human rights. For years he has advocated for privacy, data protection, and freedom of speech, working to make these rights practical and accessible rather than abstract legal promises. Conscious Digital builds free, open-source platforms that have helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide exercise their digital rights, reclaim control of their personal data, and hold companies accountable under privacy laws in more than 25 jurisdictions. Yoav is the co-founder of the Shades of Green alternative school in southern Tuscany and a father of two. His current focus includes how families and educators can guide children into digital life thoughtfully, rather than by default or delay. He is also a writer and philosopher.
