Yelena Harutyunyan is the Executive Director of the Child Protection Network (CPN), a coalition of 57 civil society organizations working in the field of child rights and child protection in Armenia. She has extensive experience in coordinating civil society initiatives, facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration, and supporting advocacy efforts aimed at strengthening child protection policies and services. Through her work at CPN, Yelena contributes to dialogue and cooperation between civil society organisations, government institutions, and international partners on issues related to children’s rights, violence prevention, child participation and the strengthening of child protection systems. A significant part of her work focuses on building and strengthening cooperation among child protection organisations, facilitating knowledge and experience exchange, and creating opportunities for joint advocacy and collective action. Child Protection Network is a member of Eurochild, International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN), Child Rights Connect, fostering networking, knowledge exchange and collaboration at European and international levels.
