Sarah Ray serves as Vice President of Global Programs at The Exodus Road, a global anti-human trafficking organization that partners with law enforcement, equips communities, and empowers survivors toward freedom. In her role, Sarah leads all education and aftercare programming worldwide, overseeing initiatives designed to disrupt and prevent exploitation and walk alongside survivors on their journey to restoration. Her nonprofit career spans more than a decade of distinguished service. She is the founder of Yobel, a Colorado Springs-based fair trade boutique she led for eleven years in support of artisan communities connected to survivors of exploitation. She has consulted through Neema Development since 2018 and has served on the boards of Unbridled ACTS, the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado, and Shining Light International. As an ally and advocate of The Exodus Road since its inception, Sarah served on The Exodus Road's Board of Directors beginning in 2019, and her insight was instrumental in the establishment of Freedom Home in Thailand. Sarah is also a member of The Exodus Road's International Survivor-Centered Advisory Committee, a body comprised of advocates and practitioners from five countries, whose recommendations have been used in professional trainings in partnership with Homeland Security Investigations.
