Pelopidas-Alexios Nikolopoulos is a lawyer and Head of Advocacy at the Network for Children’s Rights (NCR) in Athens, Greece. He studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), where he also completed a Master’s degree with a thesis on the guardianship of unaccompanied children. He has worked as a lawyer and legal representative supporting unaccompanied and separated children and represents NCR in Parliamentary Committees, as well as at European and national conferences and events. He contributes to public consultations on draft legislation and has co-authored publications on children’s rights. He also provides training to children and teachers on children’s rights and represents NCR at Eurochild.
