Manal Eid is a child rights advocate and humanitarian leader with over 18 years of experience advancing child protection, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), and community-based interventions for children affected by conflict and displacement in Lebanon and across the MENA region. She is the Founder and Director of Defence for Children International (DCI) Lebanon and Vice President of DCI in the MENA Region. Manal is the creator of Incredible Me, an innovative psychosocial support methodology integrating movement, mindfulness, and creative arts to support children’s emotional well-being, trauma recovery, and resilience. Her work promotes restorative, child-centered approaches that strengthen protection systems, community connections, and meaningful child participation.
