Léa Meindre-Chautrand is the Advocacy Manager at Missing Children Europe, where she leads the organisation’s advocacy and policy work to ensure that the rights and needs of missing children are reflected in child protection policies and systems. She coordinates Missing Children Europe’s advocacy strategy towards the European Union institutions and the Council of Europe, represents the organisation in advocacy coalitions, and supports national advocacy efforts across the network. Her work focuses on strengthening child protection systems, promoting children's rights, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to improve responses to missing and exploited children across Europe. With nine years of experience in human rights advocacy and policy development, Léa has worked with several European civil society organisations in Geneva and Brussels. She holds a Master's degree in International and European Human Rights Law.
