Youth violence is not limited to the school environment.
It increasingly appears in public spaces, neighbourhood squares, and even online — reflecting deeper social, familial, and psychosocial factors.

His contribution emphasized that these behaviours are often symptoms of broader vulnerabilities, rather than isolated acts of misconduct.

Prevention and Support — Not Only Suppression

Addressing violence among young people requires more than punitive responses.

Effective solutions must focus on:

• Prevention and early intervention

• Strengthening protective social and emotional factors

• Providing meaningful support to minors themselves

• Building environments of safety, inclusion, and guidance

Youth need opportunities, care, and structured support — not only control.
